Curtain Yarn made into Rug Number 1

This is what I made from the curtain fabric that I made into yarn. You will find the instructions and more details about this yarn on my older post.

I used Number 20 12mm straight needles and cast on 35 stitches.
I then worked 106 rows of stockinette stitch starting with a knit row.
I wet the fabric with a spray bottle and pinned it out and left to dry.
This one that is in the picture needs more streching.
My rug measures approximately 60 inches by 29 inches.

A few things....

Hello all.

I've been busy these past few weeks, but I've still managed to Knit some items. Here are three items that I have made.

A bright and very cheery cardigan that was really quick and easy to do.

A quick pair of slippers to use up some left over yarn.

AND MY FAVORITE!!!!

A pair of lovely red Banshee's from the book "Punk Knits".
I loved making these. I'm going to be doing a few more sets of these in different colours once I get the wool. I'm looking forward to making black ones, purple ones and white ones.

Baby Boy Waffle Blanket

This is a pattern from ravelry. You can find it here http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/waffle-blanket
Bramwell - 4ply Yarn
-Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi)
- Blue & White
Notes
I used 1 strand of each colour together to make this blanket. I also made it a little bit smaller by only repeating the pattern 58 times instead of 70.
Was really simple and quick to knit. Enjoyed making this blanket.
